## Key Responsibilities Tender Coordination & Documentation: Coordinate end-to-end tender participation process (EOIs, RFPs, GeM bids, limited tenders, etc.), Download, review, and circulate tender documents to relevant internal stakeholders, Track pre-bid meetings, corrigendum, and submission deadlines, Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documentation, Ensure timely submission of bids (online/offline) as per guidelines, Maintain a master tracker of all live and submitted tenders. Internal Coordination: Liaise with Sales, Finance, Legal, Production, and Leadership teams for required inputs and approvals ## Skills and Attributes for Success Strong documentation and filing discipline. High attention to detail and deadline management. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PDF documentation tools. Familiarity with GeM portal and e-tendering platforms preferred.Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
