Experience analyzing key open issues, Experience analyzing resolution metrics, Experience in relationship management within technology, Experience in relationship management within start-ups, Experience in relationship management within SaaS Platforms
What You'll Do.
Establish long term partnerships with key vendor partners
Partner with the Retail Category Team
Build successful communication channels
Set proper expectations
Provide clear status communications
Manage towards a growth plan for vendors
Build and execute on a joint business plan
Deliver on key business opportunities
Deliver on relevant KPIs for vendors and Amazon
Conduct deep dive analysis on vendor issues
Publish recommendations and action plans based on data
Improve vendor experience
Conduct regular MBRs with vendors
Highlight business metric performance
