Eligibility Requirements

50% overnight travel required, Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate, Candidate must reside within a commutable distance of Little Rock, AR, Physical Requirements: Being around, touching and potentially consuming food made from or with animal products and/or top allergens, Physical Requirements: Lifting and carrying 25 pounds, Physical Requirements: Inspecting client playgrounds by climbing, crawling in tight areas and going down tube slides, Physical Requirements: Bending, squatting, shifting and adjusting movement to assess areas low to the ground and above the head, Physical Requirements: Standing and walking for extended periods of time in client locations, Physical Requirements: Driving and/or flying to client locations as you are responsible to have the proper documentation to fly such as a Real ID or other acceptable form of identification, Physical Requirements: Driving a company-paid vehicle as required to perform job duties (pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle record checks will be performed to determine eligibility to drive a company vehicle), No Immigration Sponsorship available for this position, Undergo additional background screens and/or drug/alcohol testing for customer credentialing (potential customer requirement), Be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, including a booster if eligible, unless a religious or medical accommodation is requested and approved (potential customer requirement)

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Two years of hospitality industry-related experience, Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions, 21 years of age or older, Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree in culinary, hospitality or business field, Multilingual (Spanish & French preferred), High-level customer service and advanced consultative skills, Ability to work well under pressure, juggle tasks and work efficiently against deadlines, planning and organizational skills and high attention to detail, Ability to work effectively without supervision, show initiative, good judgment, and superior decision-making and problem-solving skills, ServSafe and/or CP-FS certification(s)

Complete a budgeted number of visits each week

Adhere to HIPAA guidelines (where applicable) while completing operational visits within hotels

healthcare and senior living facilities by interacting with staff and residents
