What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–5 years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, marketing, or related fields, understanding of partnership planning, influencer collaborations, and co-marketing strategies, Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, Experience working with cross-functional teams and coordinating multi-party campaigns, Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and transform insights into actionable strategies, Highly proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Partnership Strategy & Development - Develop and execute a comprehensive brand partnership strategy aligned with Bjak’s business and marketing objectives. - Identify, assess, and prioritize potential partners — including brands, influencers, communities, and organizations — to expand Bjak’s reach and credibility. - Initiate and lead partnership discussions, negotiate mutually beneficial terms, and structure impactful collaborations.
