Must Have
Comfortable working across multiple formats, Familiarity with motion and video tools — such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent, A working understanding of animation principles and how motion can reinforce brand identity across digital touchpoints, Experience collaborating cross-functionally, having partnered with marketers, writers, or business teams to translate ideas into finished creative work, A proactive, self-directed approach where you can manage multiple requests simultaneously and prioritize without constant direction, You use AI tools daily in your own work to produce faster, scale creative output, and streamline your workflow, and you know how to build those habits into a team's workflow
Nice to Have
Experience working in a B2B SaaS or tech company, especially one serving SMB customers, Familiarity with web fundamentals (HTML/CSS), Hands-on experience working alongside developers on web projects, Hands-on experience producing short-form video content for social or digital channels (scripting, shooting, or post-production), Experience in more advanced motion design (Lottie animations, etc. ) being a plus, A background in or deep appreciation for the restaurant or hospitality industry
