What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6+ years of experience managing complex creative, brand, or marketing programs, Demonstrated experience building integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and experiential channels, Demonstrated ability to navigate both the creative and operational sides of brand marketing, Proven experience working with project management and collaboration tools
Nice to Have
Experience supporting or managing social-first campaigns or brand activations, Background in creative production or content operations, Familiarity with Figma's products or a passion for design and collaboration tools, Experience working on or with global marketing teams

This role sits at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and operations: you'll enable Figma's brand to show up powerfully across social, digital, and real-world moments. You'll partner closely with our Brand Strategists, marketers, creative teams, and partners to plan and deliver high-impact campaigns and activations that help Figma grow into its next chapter as a multi-product, global company. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
