You will oversee the effective deployment of global strategies and execute across all areas of the marketing mix to achieve short-term and long-term brand sales and profit objectives. The purpose of the role is to develop and implement marketing plans for assigned products within allocated budget in accordance with marketing strategies to achieve market share objectives. **A day in the life** * Responsible for driving consumer marketing activities to achieve share, sales and profit growth for brands in the OTC category. * Develop, adapt, and refine strategic direction for brand, grounded in consumer and customer insights. This includes brand strategy and brand plan development based on deep understanding and comprehensive analysis of all factors influencing brand equity building and brand financial results delivery. * Drive annual brand strategy & planning process in line with category & OU guidelines, execute and amplify marketing calendar according to approved brand plan includin
