Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, preferred in Marketing or Communication major, 5 or more years of brand marketing experience, with at least 1 year in Brand Manager role, Experience working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment, dealing with ambiguity and complexity., Highly ownership, independent and self-motivating, Eager to learn, as the brand, category and healthcare industry are growing fast., Leadership experience, including working with cross functions and lead direct report(s).
Nice to Have
Master's degree, Experience handling businessrand that requires collaboration with Regional/Area team in matrix organization., Capability to manage key stakeholders, including head of department., financial capabilities and business acumen, Ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations including organizational changes and changes in job demands, Experience in oral health, personal care or beauty industry is a plus., NPI and Project Management experience

Handle full Sensodyne VN portfolio
