Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Lead the development and execution of end-to-end social media content strategies, including campaigns, daily content, and always-on storytelling initiatives. Manage content calendars, campaign planning, and coordination with internal teams, agencies, and external creators to ensure consistent brand execution. Oversee creative delivery across social-first formats including short-form video, paid social assets, and influencer/creator collaborations. Manage stakeholder relationships across global and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, feedback integration, and smooth campaign execution. Handle budgeting and resource allocation across multiple workstreams, including vendor and agency contracting throughout campaign lifecycles. Translate data and analytics insights into actionable improvements for content strategy and performance optimisation. Requirements: 6–10 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on social media, digital content, or brand marketing. Proven ability to develop creative concepts and execute campaigns from ideation through to production and delivery. Strong understanding of social media trends, influencer ecosystems, and digital storytelling formats. Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across internal teams and external partners. Strong copywriting ability and experience managing or producing content for social platforms. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and apply insights effectively. Highly organised, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with AI tools and a strong curiosity for emerging technologies in marketing and content creation.
