**Job Location** JEDDAH JAMEEL SQUARE OFFICE **Job Description** ** _Overview of the job_** As a P&G brand manager, you'll be dealing with all the crucial marketing and brand strategy decisions that will build our brand's strong impact among consumers. This job is not only about what you will do, but instead how you feel: encouraged, heard, challenged, purposeful, valued and encouraged. **_How success looks like_** * Demonstrate positive relationship building skills in initial engagements with multi-functional teams. * Deliver Scorecard Business Targets, in line with the goals of the Business Unit * Deliver Category growth, market penetration and gaining of New Users via Products Innovation Design * Execute product launches with Excellence and own customer marketing support plans. **_Responsibilities of the role_** * Leads the P&L investment decisions to maximize regional profitability within the portfolio growth plans. * Owns the Integrated Brand Plan. * Provides consumer insights and ensure plans are designed to win with key customers / channels based on Sales and Marketing Organization fit for use requirements. * Identify consumers’ needs and wants for P&G’s products. * Lead consumer research to develop qualified brand concept, benefit, and claims that addresses consumers’ unmet needs. * Communicate with local market partners, stakeholders, and suppliers to drive P&G business initiatives. **Job Qualifications** ** _Role Requirements_** * Bachelor's or higher degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field. * 3-5 years of relevant work experience in FMCG * Strength in leadership, strategic and analytical thinking * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ** _About us_** We produce globally recognized brands and we
