## Accountabilities Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring strong engagement, satisfaction, and long-term retention through regular reviews and proactive communication. Translate client marketing and communication goals into clear measurement frameworks, reporting structures, and actionable insights. Deliver timely, high-quality reports and performance analyses that highlight brand impact, trends, and opportunities for optimization. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, presenting insights and recommendations that shape strategic marketing and communication decisions. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to support growth initiatives and renewals. Maintain accurate client records, reporting, and documentation within CRM systems while tracking account health and risks. Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback, support product improvements, and contribute to new KPI development. Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to uncover trends, patterns, and performance drivers across brand portfolios. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in data analytics, customer insights, consulting, or a similar data-driven client-facing role. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience transforming data into clear, compelling insights and narratives. Proven ability to lead client presentations and communicate complex findings through storytelling at multiple organizational levels. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise clients effectively. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced and evolving environments. Strong curiosity and interest in brand performance, marketing strategy, and data interpretation.
