What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related creative field, Experience with digital or social media design, A design portfolio that demonstrates exceptional design fundamentals (typography, layout, color, composition, visual hierarchy) across various touchpoints, including digital/social., Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, motion tools are a plus) and familiarity with Figma., A social-native mindset- you understand trends, formats, and why things work in feeds., Ability to use AI tools and prompt engineering to accelerate ideation and content development, Ability to manage multiple projects, move fast, and stay organized without losing craft., A collaborative, positive energy- you like making things together and making them better.

Nice to Have

Experience with motion, simple animation, or short-form video.
