Full Job Description
PandaDoc's Brand Studio is looking for a versatile designer to be our Brand Designer, Production. We move fast. Our Brand Studio supports campaigns, paid media, events, web, and more — often all at once — and we need a designer who can keep up without losing quality. This role is the engine that keeps creative output moving: you'll own production across a wide range of assets and formats, context-switch between projects without missing a beat, and occasionally bring your own creative thinking to the table when the brief calls for it. This isn't a pure production role. We need someone well-rounded enough to fill gaps across the team — whether that's finishing a paid ad set, creating marketing collateral, or jumping into a campaign with a fresh idea. You're flexible, fast, and care about craft even on the smallest asset. You'll report into the Design Lead on the Brand Studio team, which sits within Corporate Marketing. In this role, you will: Partner closely with the paid media team: Work hand-in-hand with paid media to understand what's performing, adapt quickly, and apply those learnings to make the next round of assets sharper. You pay attention to what works and why. Own day-to-day production output: Execute a high volume of brand and marketing assets across formats — paid ads, social graphics, email headers, event signage, presentation decks, sales collateral, and more. You're reliable, consistent, and fast. Context-switch without dropping the ball: You'll regularly move between multiple projects and priorities. You know how to triage, stay organized, and deliver on time without needing someone to manage every detail for you. Stay current on tools, AI, and production best practices: You're always looking for smarter ways to work — whether that's a new AI design tool, a faster way to batch assets, or a process that cuts review cycles. You bring that knowledge back to the team and help raise the bar on how we produce at scale. Support campaign and event creative: J
