The Opportunity As Reducto’s first Brand Designer, you’ll shape how the world sees Reducto—from the ads and motion graphics in our customers’ feeds, to the booths that greet them at industry events, to the billboards and taxi wraps they pass on the way to work. You’ll sit on the marketing team and partner closely with our product design team, owning a creative scope that today is spread across multiple contractors and bringing it under one cohesive, unmistakably Reducto brand. This is a high-impact role where you’ll set the bar for craft, define what great brand design looks like at Reducto, and ship work across nearly every surface our customers see. What You’ll Do: - Own and drive our web presence end-to-end—partnering closely with Product Design to define the vision, develop and build the experience, and ensure our brand and product design systems stay deeply aligned. - Design ads and static creative across paid, organic social, and lifecycle channels. - Elevate product screenshots and visuals so our product story comes through with clarity and polish. - Motion graphics or video skills (Lottie, After Effects, Premiere, or similar).
