This is a highly visual role focused on shaping expressive, culturally relevant, and craft-driven brand work across campaigns, launches, storytelling moments, and experiential surfaces. You’ll help evolve how Figma shows up in the world through image-making, typography, illustration, composition, and visual storytelling that feels authored, contemporary, and unmistakably Figma. This role sits at the intersection of culture and craft. You’re someone who is constantly exploring new aesthetics, experimenting with image-making techniques and AI-powered workflows, thinking critically about how these technologies can expand creative expression rather than flatten it. You have a strong visual point of view, deep curiosity about contemporary culture, and an instinct for creating work that feels emotionally resonant and visually distinctive. You’ll play a central role in helping shape some of Figma’s most visible and expressive brand moments—balancing experimentation and surprise with clarity, intentionality, and strong system thinking. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
