WHAT YOU’LL DO - Lead the creation of high-impact design assets across campaigns, social media, web, product visuals, and marketing materials - Evolve and strengthen BJAK’s brand identity, ensuring clarity, consistency, and premium execution across all touchpoints - Collaborate closely with marketing, content, product, and performance teams to deliver on-brand work that drives results - Design for diverse audiences — consumers, partners, and internal teams - Maintain and refine BJAK’s brand guidelines and visual standards - Mentor junior designers and guide creative execution across projects - Report directly to the Creative Manager and contribute to the overall brand direction YOU’LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU… - Love shaping brand stories through impactful visual design - Can turn complex briefs into clean, engaging visuals - Balance strong attention to detail with a clear brand perspective - Take initiative and own your projects from concept to delivery - Stay updated on digital design trends, motion design, and AI-assisted tools - Work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-iteration environment WHAT YOU BRING - 5–8 years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or creative roles - S
