What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5–8 years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or creative roles, portfolio showcasing brand storytelling and visual excellence, Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, Experience with motion tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro, command of layout, typography, composition, and brand consistency
Nice to Have
Experience designing performance marketing or campaign visuals, Skills in motion graphics, sound editing, or basic VFX, Familiarity with design systems, templates, and brand libraries
