And we all here are encouraged to think, challenge, and take responsibility for their craft.   ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a seasoned Brand Design Lead to guide and co-create with our Graphic Design Team. This role sits between hands-on design and leadership. As a Design Lead, you’ll help designers solve problems, develop stronger concepts, and deliver high-quality work. You’ll act as a design partner and mentor, as well as an art director, while also contributing creatively when needed.
