Industry & Context.
Must be willing to work from our SF or NYC office at least 3x per week, commitment to a hybrid work model, with the expectation of coming into the office a minimum of (3) three times per week, Relocation assistance is available for candidates willing to move to San Francisco or New York
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
9+ years of experience in visual, product brand and crafting design systems at scale, Work that reflects not just visual polish, but the ability to build, evolve, and diversify brand systems over time, communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate how brand decisions impact product experience and user trust, You can clearly articulate creative rationale, lead brainstorms, and build alignment across marketing, product, content, and leadership teams, A portfolio that demonstrates a mastery of your craft, Deep expertise in visual design fundamentals: typography, composition, hierarchy, and interaction design, with meticulous attention to detail, Experience working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to be able to tackle multiple projects simultaneously, moving between strategic thinking and visual execution with ease
