6+ years of experience in Brand, Communications, Public Relations, or Corporate Communications, Proven track record of securing high-quality media coverage, managing relationships with business and industry journalists, Experience handling crisis communications, navigating high-pressure or sensitive situations, written and verbal communication skills, ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling narratives, Experience supporting or preparing senior leaders for media interviews, public appearances, and stakeholder engagements, Solid understanding of internal communications best practices, digital communication tools to drive employee engagement

All members are expected to be hands-on and to contribute directly to the company’s mission. About The Role As Brand & Communications Manager, you will own BJAK’s brand narrative across external and internal channels, ensuring every message strengthens our reputation, supports business growth, and aligns with our strategic direction. This is a highly visible role, working closely with senior leadership to shape how BJAK is perceived by customers, partners, media, and employees. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Own and execute BJAK’s brand and communications strategy across all external and internal channels, ensuring consistency in brand voice, messaging, and positioning. - Lead media relations and PR initiatives, managing relationships with journalists, media outlets, and PR agencies to secure high-impact coverage aligned with BJAK’s growth and milestones. - Develop and oversee key communications assets including press releases, media kits, executive messaging, talking points, and briefing materials. - Manage brand reputation and crisis communications, proactively identifying risks and coordinating timely, strategic responses to protect BJAK’s credibility. - Drive internal communications, including company-wide announcements, leadership messages, and updates that align teams with business priorities and
