Must Have
10+ years of international brand marketing and communications experience, Proven track record of building, scaling, and strengthening consumer brands, Led development of large-scale brand platforms, communication architectures, and integrated campaigns, Extensive experience driving brand redesigns, visual identity systems, and packaging strategies, Comfortable defining long-term brand strategy and diving into campaign execution, Successfully led and inspired in-house creative teams and external agencies, Expertise in digital-first, social, influencer, content, and e-commerce-driven brand building, Thrive in fast-growing, entrepreneurial environments, Speak German and English fluently
