# **At ING we are looking for a Brand & Communication Specialist.** As a **Brand & Communication Specialist** you will: Create and implement marketing and communication strategies. Create, develop, and execute 360 brand & product campaigns to boost our brand and product’s focus on digital media. Collaborate in the development and implementation of the brand's content strategy, identifying insights and generating value for clients and non-clients. Create customer centric and personalized communications (commercial + operative + content comms). Identify marketing opportunities. Define KPI´s and analyze results to extract learnings. Work closely with other marketing areas (own media, paid media…) as well as the rest of bank areas to ensure all activities are implemented on time and in a consistent way. Work with external partners (creative agencies, content agencies, production partners…). Manage campaign budget and take responsibility for monitoring and reporting. Be the best brand ambassador.
