We’re looking for a talented and curious Brand and Web Designer with a visual voice and 1-2 years of experience to join our Design Guild. Someone who shows thinking, not just execution. In your day-to-day, you’ll: * Collaborate with brand designers, illustrators, art directors, and technical designers, with mentorship built into your work, not tacked on * Shape global projects – from digital campaigns to employer branding, from conference stages to product templates * Play across mediums – with web and digital first, but also print, spatial design, and physical brand moments * Share your work in open sessions, get constructive feedback, and see your ideas sharpened and celebrated * Leverage AI tools to explore new design possibilities, optimize design workflows and accelerate creative development. ## Qualifications * 1-2 years of experience in branding or digital design with a portfolio that shows promise and taste * An eye for composition, layout, and brand identity * Curiosity about motion, illustration, or any craft outside your lane
