experience working in a fast-paced marketing, brand or communications environment, understanding of brand, media, content and campaign activity across multiple marketing channels, comfortable managing activity from briefing through to execution, use customer insight, performance data and market trends to inform decisions and improve campaign effectiveness, confident working with agencies, creative teams and cross-functional stakeholders, organised and able to manage multiple priorities, timelines and projects simultaneously, collaborative approach and enjoy building positive working relationships across teams, curious, proactive and motivated to test new ideas and identify opportunities for improvement, communicate clearly and confidently, adapting your style for different audiences and stakeholders, thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment and enjoy balancing creativity with commercial impact

What You'll Do.

Support the development and delivery of integrated brand campaigns across TV

partnerships and social channels

Work closely with the UK Brand team and external agencies to adapt campaigns for the Irish market and ensure activity lands effectively with local audiences

Help shape in-market messaging and communications

using customer insight and performance data to strengthen brand positioning

Coordinate partnerships

Manage campaign timelines

Monitor campaign and brand performance

Reporting into the Ireland Marketing Lead, with a dotted line into the UK Brand team, this role will help shape how Gousto shows up in the Irish market through impactful campaigns, local brand storytelling and integrated marketing activity.
