Must Have
Matric, Valid Driver’s License, Valid Public Driver’s Permit (PDP), 3–5 years of experience in Fleet Control or supervisory role in logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations
What You'll Do.
Manage drivers and delivery operations
Oversee daily branch activities
Maintain timely reporting for fleet
Ensure operational compliance with company procedures
Drive productivity by optimizing resources
Safeguard company assets and stock
Ensure accurate returns handling and documentation
Lead and develop the team
Enforce discipline and performance standards
Promote a culture of excellence
Optimize delivery and reporting
Ensure reporting is done promptly
Update chain of command with relevant information
Ensure adequate staff are present and on duty
Ensure staff are efficiently tasked and effectively deployed
Uphold operational imperatives
Raise current or potential blockers quickly and effectively
Ensure returned goods are collected from customers and
Resolve queries relating to drivers and deliveries
Ensure all drivers sent onto the road have
Ensure admin staff have access to all relevant
Process changes to deliveries efficiently
Ensure driving staff are compliant with safety and
Ensure all drivers and assistants are correctly dressed
Plan and submit staff leave in line with
Maintain and look after all vehicles
Report and investigate deficiencies immediately
Ensure safety of all parcels and equipment
Minimize loss of company assets and stock
Afford appropriate diligence in tracing and finding missing
Submit reports as requested by management
Ensure systems are in line with daily deliveries
Perform other duties as required by the Hub
