Lead Systems Application Engineers
Support construction sales team
Function as SAE for select reps
Execute assigned projects profitably
Execute assigned projects accurately
Execute assigned projects on-time
Execute assigned projects within scope
Align projects with customer expectations
Minimize equipment slippage
Prevent reoccurrence of slippage
Assign SAEs to Account Executives
Maintain balance of pre-sales activities
Maintain balance of post-sales activities
Meet overall customer expectations
Provide training on project management
Provide support on project management
Provide training on equipment order execution
Provide support on equipment order execution
Support pre-sales activities
Validate system configuration
Select HVAC equipment
Support bidding activities
