degree in Business Administration or relevant field, Life Agent Licensed, prior experience working with annuity and life products
What You'll Do.
administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of multiple financial advisors
supporting client accounts
facilitating communication
ensuring a positive client experience
Delivering exceptional personalized service
Taking an active role in the annual business planning process
assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
Actively listen for situations in the clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services
Driving marketing activities such as planning and executing events
Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls
and in-person interactions
Develop and maintain relationships with clients
and internal client support team members
handling account transfers and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor
Process account transactions
prepare documentation
maintain accurate client records
Handle various administrative tasks
including scheduling appointments
preparing materials for client meetings
managing correspondence
supporting marketing initiatives
Streamlining processes with updating SOPs
strategically execute on the branch business plan
