What You'll Do.
Achieve branch business targets (funding
Monitor business growth in Commercial and Corporate Banking segments
Coordinate with Business Teams to achieve targets
Direct branch staff in correct product sales
Maintain customer relationships and handle complaints
Manage branch costs and expenses efficiently
Provide feedback to Area Manager on branch development
Maintain good relationships with external parties (Regulators
Ensure branch operations comply with bank systems
and regulations (including APU/PPT/PPPSPM & Sanctions)
Ensure operational and service execution (including KYC
APU/PPT/PPPSPM & Sanctions)
Report operational risks
or other conditions affecting branch operations
Follow up on findings from APU/PPT/PPPSPM & Sanctions
Internal/External Audits
and implement risk control improvements
Cooperate with ACT in providing information/data/documents for transaction monitoring or investigation of Suspicious Transaction Reports (LTKM)
Ensure branch facilities and infrastructure are met
Ensure company assets are well-maintained
Develop and coach branch employees
Ensure operational activities are executed within employee authority and work programs are followed

Melakukan koordinasi dengan seluruh Tim Bisnis untuk pencapaian target yang di tetapkan. 4\. Memberikan pengarahan kepada seluruh pegawai di Kantor Cabang Pembantu untuk melakukan penjualan produk Bank dengan benar. 5\. Menjaga baik hubungan dengan nasabah dan bertanggung jawab terhadap penanganan dan penyelesaian keluhan nasabah. 6\. Mengelola biaya dan pengeluaran di Kantor Cabang Pembantu dengan efektif dan efisien sehingga bisa mendukung pencapaian NPBT. 7\.
