Lead and manage the overall Agency Channel operations for the assigned branch
Drive branch-level business growth through effective sales planning and execution
and motivate insurance advisors and agency partners
Manage and develop on-roll sales teams to ensure high productivity and target achievement
Monitor branch performance metrics including premium collection
Develop strategies to increase market penetration and expand the agency network
Ensure achievement of monthly
and annual sales targets
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve team effectiveness
Build relationships with advisors
