Bertanggung jawab terhadap pencapaian target bisnis Kantor Cabang Pembantu, meliputi funding, lending, fee income, Net Profit Before Tax (NPBT) untuk seluruh segmen yang ada di dalam Cabang/Kantor Cabang Pembantu. 2\. Melakukan monitoring atas pertumbuhan bisnis di Segmen Commercial Banking dan Corporate Banking, memberikan informasi kepada Area Manager jika mengetahui adanya potensi kinerja yang memburuk dari nasabah di Segmen Commercial Banking dan Corporate Banking. 3\. Melakukan koordinasi dengan seluruh Tim Bisnis untuk pencapaian target yang di tetapkan. 4\. Memberikan pengarahan kepada seluruh pegawai di Kantor Cabang Pembantu untuk melakukan penjualan produk Bank dengan benar. 5\. Menjaga baik hubungan dengan nasabah dan bertanggung jawab terhadap penanganan dan penyelesaian keluhan nasabah. 6\. Mengelola biaya dan pengeluaran di Kantor Cabang Pembantu dengan efektif dan efisien sehingga bisa mendukung pencapaian NPBT. 7\. Memberikan masukan (feedback) kepada Area Manager, di antaranya untuk kepentingan pengembangan Kantor Cabang Pembantu, kondisi persaingan di lapangan, masukan terhadap produk, dan layanan Bank. 8\. Menjaga hubungan baik dengan pihak eksternal seperti Regulator (misalnya, Bank Indonesia dan Otoritas Ja
