What You'll Do.

Achieve Branch targets (funding

NPBT) for Consumer and Business Banking segments.

Monitor business growth in Commercial and Corporate Banking

reporting deteriorating customer performance.

Coordinate with Business Teams to achieve set targets.

Provide direction to Branch staff for correct Bank product sales.

Maintain customer relationships and handle customer complaints.

Manage Branch costs and expenses efficiently to support NPBT achievement.

Provide feedback to Cluster Manager on branch development

Maintain good relationships with external parties (Regulators

Ensure Branch operations run according to Bank systems

Ensure operational and service execution with Business Teams

and other relevant parties.

Report operational risks

or other conditions affecting Branch operations to Cluster Manager and Executive Branch Manager.

Follow up on Quality Assurance

Internal/External Audit findings
