Pencapaian target bisnis Kantor Cabang Pembantu, Monitoring pertumbuhan bisnis, Koordinasi dengan seluruh Tim Bisnis, Penjualan produk Bank dengan benar, Menjaga hubungan dengan nasabah, Penanganan dan penyelesaian keluhan nasabah, Mengelola biaya dan pengeluaran, Memberikan masukan (feedback) kepada Area Manager, Menjaga hubungan baik dengan pihak eksternal, Memastikan kegiatan operasional sesuai sistem, Penerapan APU/PPT/PPPSPM & Sanctions, Pelaksanaan KYC, Melaporkan penyimpangan risiko operasional, Menindaklanjuti hasil temuan, Pengendalian risiko operasional, Menyediakan informasi/data/dokumen, Memastikan kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana, Memelihara aset-aset Perusahaan, Pengembangan dan pembinaan pegawai, Menjalankan sesuai wewenang, Sosialisasi kepada seluruh pegawai, Penerapan APU, PPT, PPPSPM & Sanctions, Pemenuhan, pembelajaran, pengembangan kompetensi, Penilaian kinerja pegawai, Peningkatan produktivitas, Komunikasi efektif dengan unit kerja, Melaksanakan tugas-tugas sebagai pejabat pelaksana KYE, Menjalankan Kode Etik dan Nilai-nilai Bank
