Develop and execute on a business plan for the branch in line with the local market opportunity targeted toward mining identified ecosystems.Deliver a consistent high-quality service to all customers by effectively managing all available resources (employees, systems and processes).Accountable for the day-to-day management of all the branch operations * Drive a customer centric culture focused on providing a high-quality customer experience. Resolve customer queries and complaints within established timelines. Create a warm and welcoming environment in which customers feel valued and appreciated while visiting the Branch. Treat all customers fairly and in accordance with the financial consumer protection guidelines * Build a strong network of relationships with key individuals in the Branch’s area of operation. Lead multi-functional customer visits in line with the Branch Local Market Initiative plans. * Gain an understanding of the various business segments in the branch’s local market * Prepare the branch’s business development plan in alignment with the identified opportunity in the local market and existing or new ecosystems * Deliver financial targets and agree related sales activities in line with the Branch Local Markets Initiatives plan.
