Must Have
Minimum three years sales experience, Minimum two years’ managerial experience or proven leadership abilities, Demonstrated knowledge of Business Banking products, services and client relationship management, Work with common PC software, including knowledge of Microsoft Office software for word processing and spreadsheets

Demonstrated salesusiness development experience and success, Has fundamental understanding of profitability, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Proven ability to demonstrate and coach exceptional customer service, Ability to communicate and function professionally with all levels of personnel and business partners across the organization, financial services product knowledge preferred, organization, time management, and prioritization skills

Build and develop branch staff
Identify customer needs
Prospect and grow Business Banking relationships
Build bank’s presence in community
Conduct interviews and select employees
Model and coach customer service behaviors
Ensure operational requirements are maintained
Ensure compliance with policies/procedures
Prevent fraud and protect customer assets
Resolve complex account servicing issues
Process Business Banking loan requests
Bundle products and services
Adhere to compliance/operational risk controls
Support a culture of belonging
Maintain internal control standards
Complete other related duties
