What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum three years sales experience, Minimum two years managerial experience or proven leadership abilities, Demonstrated knowledge of Business Banking products, services and client relationship management, Work with common PC software, including knowledge of Microsoft Office software for word processing and spreadsheets, Experience with Internet and email preferred
Nice to Have
Demonstrated sales business development experience and success, Fundamental understanding of profitability, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Proven ability to demonstrate and coach exceptional customer service, Ability to communicate and function professionally with all levels of personnel and business partners across the organization, Financial services product knowledge preferred, Organization, time management, and prioritization skills, Bi-lingual/Spanish preferred

Manage all branch activities
Direct sales and business development
Lead team through coaching
Prospect and grow Business Banking relationships
Conduct interviews and select employees
Model and coach customer service behaviors
Ensure operational and requirements are maintained
Prevent fraud and protect customer assets
Resolve complex account servicing issues
Process Business Banking loan requests
Bundle products and services
Adhere to compliance/operational risk controls
Maintain internal control standards
