Must Have

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales capacity with a demonstrated ability to lead and coach a successful sales team., Minimum of 3 years demonstrated small business deposit/credit experience and familiarity with small business operations, General understanding of financial statements and concepts, Demonstrated understanding of consumer credit including loan to value, debt to income and credit reports, Demonstrated ability to leverage Centers of Influence (COIs) to further promote business, Demonstrated experience with influencing business partners, as this role will require significant influence of partners such as Key Investment Services, Mortgage and Business Banking sales professionals, Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and possess public speaking skills

Nice to Have

Bachelor's Degree, Notary License

What You'll Do.

Provide excellent client service in all interactions

Analyze clients' needs and recommend financial solutions

Accountable for branch operations and compliance

Provide direction and guidance to branch team

Ensure compliance with operational

Timely completion of branch operational tasks

Lead team through consistent execution of Branch Playbook

Deliver on Branch Goals

Focus on acquiring and growing small business relationships

Serve as a market leader in the local community

Embody a client experience culture

Engage in outside calling to small business clients

Develop centers of influence and networks in the community

Identify prospective client referrals with a focus on Small Business

Accountable for growing the business through retention

and acquisition tactics

Lead Branch team to success in attaining expectations

Lead and develop the branch team

Ensure understanding of Key’s products and services

Facilitate partnerships within branch team and with line of business partners

and schedule all direct report work schedules

Recruit and identify talent

select the branch team

Successfully onboard and train new teammates

Ensure appropriate area staffing coverage

Provide guidance and direction to branch team
