What You'll Do.
Responsible for all day-to-day operations of the branch location
Manage relationships with existing and new customers
Lead and direct the efforts of branch staff
Ensure all employees are trained and following all safety guidelines
Responsible for managing Profit & Loss statements and forecasting for the branch
Improve customer relationships with both an emphasis in and focus on excellent customer service
Coach & train employees to achieve maximum productivity
through teambuilding and teamwork
Accountable for reports and documents regarding Revenue
and Controllable Expenses
Deliver financial results (i. e. revenue

Work closely with other departments or business units and directly with customers
Support the Sales Team in soliciting customers and growing market share

Responsible for overseeing all cycle counting and inventory reconciliation
Review stock material replenishment and stock out purchases to forecast usage and possible inventory
Review open purchase orders
