**We are looking for a Branch Manager to join our Esperance Multi-Channel Branch on a full time basis!** **What is a Multi Channel Branch?** * Monday to Friday - Our Retail Branch services customers in the community face to face with their everyday banking needs, enquires & transactions. * From 2pm - 5pm we assist our customers with their everyday banking needs and complaints via telephone or other digital channels in a contact center environment. **See yourself in our team** As a trusted figure in your local community, we’ll empower you to build strong networks and develop new and innovative business opportunities for your team. Your team will support customers face-to-face in branch within the local community face-to-face and over the phone. Using your expertise in motivation, you’ll coach your team in offering a range of lending, deposit and wealth management products and services to both new and existing customers.
