Full Job Description

**We are looking for a Branch Manager to join our Dalwallinu Multi-Channel Branch on a full time basis!** **What is a Multi-Channel Branch?** Multi-Channel branches operate through both face-to-face and phone-based channels. Each branch dedicates full days to each channel, and these schedules vary from branch to branch. * Monday and Tuesdays are Phone Based Days: We assist our customers with their everyday banking needs and complaints via telephone or other digital channels in a contact centre environment. * Wednesday - Fridays are Branch Open Days: Our Retail Branch services customers in the community face to face with their everyday banking needs, enquires & transactions. **See yourself in our team** As a trusted figure in your local community, we’ll empower you to build strong networks and develop new and innovative business opportunities for your team. Your team will support customers face-to-face in branch within the local community face-to-face and over the phone. Using your expertise in motivation, you’ll coach your team in offering a range of lending, deposit and wealth management products and services to both new and existing customers.
