Reporting to the Regional Director, the Branch Manager in Rouyn-Noranda plays a key role in managing, organizing, and planning the daily activities of work teams to ensure operational efficiency and quality. The Branch Manager provides support, training, follow-up, and oversight of operations to contribute to the success of the branch and ensure sales targets are achieved. They collaborate with various stakeholders to continuously optimize and improve processes and are responsible for meeting the goals and expectations established by senior management in both production and sales performance.
