What You’ll Get to Do The Branch General Manager (BGM) is responsible for the overall success, growth, and management of CR Laurence service locations. The BGM will lead all aspects of branch operations, including sales, customer service, employee engagement, and profitability, while ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience. This role requires a strong focus on driving sales, strengthening customer relationships, and positioning the branch as a direct and trusted contact for the location. The BGM will leverage the CRL brand to build a high-performing team and foster a culture of safety, innovation, and customer satisfaction in a rapidly evolving and competitive business environment. Key Responsibilities: Profitability experience with SAP and C4C (CRM tools) is preferred. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders to achieve business objectives. Commitment to maintaining a safe, accident-free, and healthy work environment. Knowledge of market trends, competitors, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
