What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2 years of customer service experience, Computer skills including expertise with Moneris, Google docs and Microsoft Office, Willing to accept full accountability for branch operations, Ability to stand for long periods of time, Heavy lifting may be required, Ability to multi-task with attention to detail, Must be proactive, Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, Typing Skills -Minimum 50 WPM
Nice to Have
P&L experience preferred, 1+ years opening and closing Office, 1+ years office administration experience
What You'll Do.
Develop positive rapport with customers
Represent company professionally
Build business opportunities
Ensure branch cleanliness
Handle customer inquiries via telephone
Offer consultative service
Answer customer questions
Make product and service recommendations
Process shipments meticulously
Load shipments onto skids
Place orders for supplies
Maintain incoming and outgoing client returns
Ensure shipment compliance
Review shipments thoroughly and accurately
Educate clients on shipment compliance needs
Ensure batch accuracy during processing
Use appropriate indicators for batch identification
Complete BOL accurately
Provide documentation/escalation of shipment and client challenges
Complete shipment processing and compliance reviews timely
Support Drivers with loading and unloading freight
Perform fulfillment tasks
Assist branches when short staffed
Ensure compliance with company safety and risk management
Follow company policies and procedures
Follow compliance procedures
Contribute to a log of escalations
Provide summary reports to management
Help teammates ensure effective and low-cost procedures
Maintain good communication between team members
Perform extra tasks or projects

You take pride in and maintain a clean and tidy branch You work primarily out of our Burlington, ON location but are available to work out of our various locations in the Halton ON region as required.
