What You'll Do.
Develop positive rapport with customers
Represent company professionally
Maintain branch cleanliness
Maintain branch safety
Maintain branch organization
Handle customer inquiries via telephone
Handle customer inquiries via email
Handle customer inquiries face to face
Make product recommendations
Make service recommendations
Process shipments meticulously
Load shipments onto skids
Place orders for supplies
Maintain incoming client returns
Maintain outgoing client returns
Educate clients on shipment compliance needs
Ensure batch accuracy during processing
Use appropriate indicators for batch identification
Provide proper documentation of shipment challenges
Provide appropriate documentation of shipment inquiries
Provide proper escalation of shipment challenges

Your process and sort shipments meticulously and are highly proficient in navigating our platform. You are always looking for more efficient, cost-effective ways of getting things done while keeping in line with our strategic anchors and values. You build rapport with clients and teammates alike. You show up on time, dress to work and get the job done because you know clients and teammates rely on you. You take pride in and maintain a clean and tidy branch You work primarily out of our Burlington, ON location but are available to work out of our various locations in the Halton ON region as required.
