Registered Nurse licensure in Arkansas, 2 years healthcare operations management experience, Motivating, educating, supervising, and supporting staff, Developing a cohesive team, Quality improvement monitoring and reporting tools, Business management knowledge, Governmental regulations knowledge, Accreditation standards knowledge, Fiscal management experience, Valid state driver's license, Reliable transportation, Automobile liability insurance

Nice to Have

Home Health experience, PDGM billing requirements knowledge, Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience, OASIS experience
