Read and adhere to Agency Policies
Follow Employee Handbook Guidelines
Manage incoming telephone calls
Screen and route calls
Maintain phone system
Add / revise voice mail boxes
Manage employee phone roster
Process incoming and outgoing mail
Manage and order office supplies
Manage and order medical supplies
Distribute medical supplies
Assist BD with EOE billing tasks
