The Branch Administrator will be a hybrid role requiring 5 days/week in office in White Pine, TN The Branch Administrator serves as the central administrative support role for the branch, ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations, a professional visitor experience, and reliable support for local leadership and operational teams in a heavy mining equipment support environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage daily office operations to maintain an organized, efficient, and professional workplace, including replenishment of office, cleaning, and refreshment supplies * Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, incoming calls, and general branch inquiries while providing reception and administrative support * Coordinate meetings, room setup, training logistics, travel arrangements, mail, and routine correspondence * Oversee branch facilities, workplace readiness, minor maint
