Key responsibilities include: * Processing sales to comply with our company regulations and guidance * Responding to business demands from Sales, Service or Branch Manager * Releasing invoices for payments and chasing debt * Managing and monitoring various reports and data * Using RI specific database which you would receive full training on * Dealing with customer enquiries by phone and email **Requirements** **Administrator Requirements:** * Previous administrative experience with good IT skills would be preferred * Proficient user of Microsoft Word and Excel * Good attention to detail as you must work with a high degree of accuracy * Ability to work using your own initiative and be a good team player * Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment * Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills * You may be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role you have applied for **Benefits** **Administrator Benefits:** * Additional opportunities to earn more with regular bo
