Must Have
BAC +5/+8 (or equivalent) scientifique, at least one significant experience outside of internships and work-study programs, knowledge of the ingredient development process in chemistry and the beauty and/or health markets, ability to collaborate with research teams, data scientists, and central IT teams
Nice to Have
experience managing AI tool implementation projects in an R&D context, desire to deepen knowledge in data architecture and solution research via AI/Machine Learning tools
What You'll Do.
Structuring R&I data in conjunction with Data Management tools
with a focus on increasing AI tool usage
ensuring data quality
Implementing R&I data governance.
Building the AI roadmap with R&I teams and internal stakeholders to accelerate time to market
reduce development costs
and ideate new innovations for existing products.
Fostering data and AI literacy specific to R&I across all teams.
Interacting with other Seppic BDOPOs to harmonize best practices and contribute to inter-departmental data sharing.
Technological watch for AI tools suitable for Seppic R&I and promoting AI tools in all R&I projects among technical leaders.
Establishing and developing a network of external AI experts
including Air Liquide
for the development of AI tools tailored to our needs.

Team & Collaboration
Coordination and expertise between innovation teams and technological development strategy.; Collaboration with research teams, data scientists, and central IT teams.; Interactions with other BDOPOs to harmonize best practices and contribute to inter-departmental data sharing.
