Alert Production Lead to any problems in machine operation or product output. * Visually inspects each unit of product as it is produced to identify quality standard problems and record rejects. * Perform weight checks as necessary, complete weight charts (graph) as required. * Ensure that all production reports and other required documentation is completed accurately. * Pack product in the appropriate package after installing components or labels as required per specifications. * Maintain a clean and tidy work area. * Participate in external or in-house training programs as required. * Comply with all safety requirements and report any concerns/issues. * Other duties as assigned. **Education and Experience** * Previous experience in a manufacturing environment. * Good communications skills. **Knowledge and Skills** * Basic verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions. * Ability to work in a variety of roles.
