Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail management, boutique leadership experience, sales management experience, operations management experience, Experience managing teams within a boutique environment

Nice to Have

Fluent in English and French is a plus, Appreciation for luxury, fashion, art, and beauty

What You'll Do.

Lead boutique sales and operations

Ensure commercial performance excellence

Lead recruitment and onboarding

Coach and develop boutique team

Conduct performance reviews

Develop boutique business strategy

Monitor sales performance

Analyze business and product performance

Support boutique buying activities

Drive boutique performance

Ensure product visibility

Deliver business reports

Ensure compliance with standards

Deliver exceptional client experience

Build client relationships

Oversee back-office operations

Supervise cash handling

Ensure accurate record keeping

Maintain operational procedures

Coordinate repairs and alterations

Ensure accurate inventory management

Maintain merchandise records

Coordinate with vendors and Head Office

Ensure back-office organization and security

Partner with Fashion leadership

Coordinate staff uniforms and materials

Support Visual Merchandising

Maintain product knowledge
